Cell Phone Use – A Cancer Risk for Children

These sorts of studies have been popping up infrequently over the last few years. There seems to be no concensus yet as to whether there is a direct link between increased cancer risk and the use of cellphones by minors. However, it raises the question of whether it would be better to be safe than sorry — and if so, whether new restrictions on cell use by minors could/should be enacted.
